Something not working?

One person builds and maintains this, so mail lands with the person who can actually fix it. Include the product URL and your browser — that alone usually identifies the problem.

Troubleshooting

The usual suspects

No score appears on a product page

Reload the page once — AliExpress is a single-page app and an unusually slow render can outlast the first injection. If it still does not appear, check that the extension is enabled and that you are on an aliexpress.com, .us or .ru product page.

The card says "not enough data"

That is the honest answer, not a failure. Brand-new listings have no review history to score, and the extension will not invent a number to fill the space.

A score looks wrong to me

Open the breakdown and see which component is carrying it. Most surprises are the confidence dampener holding down a five-star listing with almost no reviews, which is working as intended. If the breakdown genuinely does not match the page, email the product URL and it can be investigated.

A badge on a listing page is hollow, or says "AliScore ?"

A hollow (outlined) badge is an estimate built from what the card shows. Hover it for a moment or click it and it verifies against the review data and turns solid. "AliScore ?" means the card had no genuine signal to score — no rating, no sales — so no number is invented.

Badges or the Best Deals row stopped appearing on search pages

AliExpress changes its page markup regularly, and a renamed class can break a selector. The Best Deals row also stays hidden when no card on the page can be scored. If badges are missing on a page that clearly has ratings, that is a bug worth reporting — send the URL and it gets fixed in the next release.

The product page reloaded itself once

That is the affiliate feature, and it only runs after you pressed "Allow" in its dialog. It reloads a product page once through our affiliate link, never a cart, checkout or order page, and the price does not change. To stop it, open the extension popup and switch "Support us with affiliate links" off — it stops immediately. If you declined earlier and changed your mind, the popup has an "Ask me again" link.

How do I uninstall?

Chrome: chrome://extensions, then Remove. Firefox: about:addons, then Remove. Nothing is left behind on any server, because nothing about you was stored on one.

Reporting a bug well

Four lines is enough

  1. 1The AliExpress product or search URL where it happened.
  2. 2Browser and version (Chrome 141, Firefox 133, and so on).
  3. 3What you expected to see, and what appeared instead.
  4. 4Anything in the browser console prefixed with "AliScore:", if you are comfortable opening it.
